Hi everyone.

We are really excited. There are only 3 weeks left to the edchatnz conference.
We’re psyched at the number of registrations, the generosity of our speakers for donating their time, and the support of our amazing sponsors. Ultimately though, the conference experience, just like our Twitter chats, comes down to your enthusiastic engagement - so bring that in spades (along with your device!)

We have a live political debate lined up as part of our programme and have and nano girl  joining us.

Our lanyards have been ordered thanks to Furnware for our specially designed branding.

CORE Education is kindly offering to contribute towards your relief and expenses, so don’t forget to apply! You can do so by clicking here.

If you are a pre-service educator, then we have some extra exciting news for you. Cognition have agreed to support your registration. More information will come via your university or contact one of the steering committee members.

N4L are taking care of our morning tea and TTS have a special surprise for one lucky delegate. More about that later. We even have PB Technologies bringing in some toys for some of us to play with.

Our call for abstracts have closed so we are busy putting the programme together and that will be out on the blog shortly.

If you are keen to support us in any way, please contact @edchatNZ or @MissDtheTeacher.

Broadcast and keep sharing the ♥♥♥ to spread the word about the conference. We appreciate those of you broadcasting on your blogs, on your site pages, in your newsletters. You are absolutely amazing and heaps of thanks to you. Keep using our little hashtag: #edchatnz

Just over 3 weeks to go and we are really, really, really excited.
